Release nomination packages to committee members

 

 

 

Step

Action

1. 

Click the Award Administration link.

2. 

Click the Nomination Packages menu.

3. 

Click the Tutorial Award link.

4. 

Click the scrollbar.

5. 

The overview tab will show details of the award, who is nominated, who prepared the nomination, and when the nomination was created and submitted.

6. 

If there was a mistake with the nomination package use change, remove or add buttons to edit sections of the package.

7. 

Click the Documents tab.

8. 

Here you can find all of the documents attached to this nomination package.

 

Click the Eye button to hide old documents if a revised document is added to the nomination package.

9. 

Click the Hide button.

10. 

A hidden document will have a slash over the eye icon.

 

Use the Eye icon to toggle between showing and hiding the document.

11. 

Click the Consent Forms tab.

12. 

You can check if the nominee has accepted or denied the award nomination and media consent. Employees with a clock icon next to their name indicate a pending response.

13. 

Click the Comments & Audit tab.

14. 

You can view an audit trail of actions and administrator comments for this award.

15. 

Click the Release To Committee button.

16. 

Click the Confirm button.

17. 

Use the Remove from Committee button to withdraw the nomination package. This will allow you to make other  changes to the nomination package.
