HOEM on Jarvis

HOEM is owned and managed by Toronto Met’s close partner, Canadian Student Communities Inc (“HOEM”).  All administrative aspects and decision making regarding your stay at HOEM, including the terms of the contract such as withdrawals, applications, and fee collection are managed through the staff on site at HOEM (external link) 

The residence life and service desk teams, which are largely made up of students who work as amazing leaders to welcome and support you throughout the year will also be managed and operated by HOEM. Many of them will be living in the building, alongside you, as you navigate your time at the HOEM residence.
