The Hub Café has several stations to suit your needs through the week for lunch. You’ll find:

Grill & Co. - CLOSED

• North Burger: signature beef patty topped with crispy bacon, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato and housemade chipotle aioli.
• The Great One: savoury grilled beef patty, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, melted swiss and housemade horseradish herb mayo.
• The Canuck: savoury grilled beef patty topped with onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard.
• Gardener Burger: black bean patty with coleslaw and herb aioli.
  
• Northern Fried Chicken: crispy or buffalo available. White chicken filet layered with housemade slaw, pickles and spicy mayo.
• Tragically Chick: grilled chicken marinated in our blend of herbs and spices, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and herb aioli.
• Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap: crispy chicken topped with lettuce, melted cheddary, crispy bacon and ranch wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
• Buffalo Crispy Chicken Wrap: crispy chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce topped with lettuce, sliced tomato and ranch wrapped in a soft floor tortilla.
• Love Me Tenders: 3 crispy premium breaded white chicken strips with your choice of dipping sauce.
• Sides: Fries, Poutine, Onion Rings, Slaw, Sweet Potato Fries.

Take-out only

The Hub Café serves only take-out, grab and go meals. Plenty of communal seating can be found on the first floor of Jorgenson Hall in and around the ServiceHub and Café.

Reusable to-go container program

The Hub Café offers visitors a green alternative to traditional single-use takeout containers. Friendlier Reusable Container Solution (external link)  (external link)  is a Canadian, female-owned company that provides reusable containers without the need for a membership. The high-quality, reusable containers are made of sustainable packaging that’s easy to use and re-use.

How it works

Step 1: Order

Order your meal and pay a $0.50 refundable deposit.

Step 2: Enjoy

Enjoy your meal.

Step 3: Scan

Scan the container using the Friendlier app.

Step 4: Return

Return your container to a collection bin. There is no need to wash the container before returning. Broken containers can still be returned, Friendlier will make sure it is recycled properly.

Step 5:  Collect

Collect your deposit within a couple of weeks on the Friendlier app by requesting payout on the app.
