TMU and Jelly Academy ADaPT Partnership 


We are so excited to announce that Jelly Academy and the Diversity Institute at Toronto Metropolitan University have partnered to bring digital skills training to more recent graduates! This partnership will offer TMU participants within the ADaPT program to receive both the 6 Module Digital Marketing Course, external link, opens in new window and the Media Relations 101 Course, external link, opens in new window at a discounted rate.


The ADaPT program is offered through TMU to address the skills gap between employer’s needs and graduates’ capabilities. The program provides a variety of workshops on in-demand skills to provide recent graduates more career opportunities, and to address the challenges facing equity-deserving groups in Canada’s digital workforce. 


This partnership will offer two of Jelly Academy’s successful courses at a discounted rate to ADaPT members to specifically address the digital marketing skills gap. Jelly Academy’s course provides foundational training in the fundamentals of digital marketing for SEO, social media, Google Ads, Google Analytics, PR, and Facebook and Instagram ads. The course also propels students to gain 11 of the most industry recognized micro credentials with Google, Meta, Hootsuite, and more. Media Relations 101 dives deeper into the skills needed to work in communications, media, public relations and influencer partnerships.
